Quite possibly the best sauv blanc I've ever had! Nutty, funky and honeyed nose. Palate has a prickly texture, yellow apple, wet rocks, pear, lychee, pineapple, vanilla, salinity, high acid. Is it chenin? Is it a Jura chard? This flat out pushes the boundaries of what sauvignon blanc can do.
