2005 Schrader RBS Beckstoffer To Kalon CS. Dinner at Off Br w Mom & Dad. Decanted as soon as we got there. Prob sat in decanter for a couple of hours. Big, but balanced. Tons of vanilla, oak, dark fruit.

Nov 28th, 2018This runs the kaleidoscope of colors, brown sugar, dark chocolate, and goes on forever. Thick and brooding this is a treat to drink, but I don't know id eat it with much.

Nov 12th, 20172005 Schrader RBS Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard Cabernet. Drank at dinner w P&R at Charcoal. We decanted for 2 hours before dinner almost 2 hours at the restaurant. This was key. After roughly 4 hours of decanting, this massive wine was absolutely gorgeous. The best bottle of Schrader we thought we'd ever had. Fruit forward with tons of rich dark and red fruit, but super silky, balanced tannins, and soft, long finish. Amazing. Note to self to fully decant this wine in future!
