Such a classy sparkler!

Golden lemony color with no suggestion of pink from the pinot noir. Lightly toasty and yeasty in the nose. Finely carbonated. Flavors of pear and honey give way to buttered toast.

Rounder and richer than BdB but lacks focus

Quite ripe with a red apple character. In the mouth, round and opulent but with less minerality or acid than it's French counterpart.

I forget how good this wine is. It's not their top end J Shram which is super rich and autolytic. Mm it's a great Tuesday.

Bone dry and delicious! Slopeside no less

Solid.

Light pale lemon color. Aromas of green apple and cream. Medium + flavors of apple pie, lemon, and fresh pear. Crisp acidity and nice mousse.

Long on the pallet. Crisp. Refreshing.
