Tart cherry lingers in the nose.
A touch of citrus, mingling with blueberry applesauce pie, jolly rancher blue, goose berry.
Light tannins with a strong, acidic backbone, much like a candidate running for an office..

Thanksgiving is over, but I’m not working until Wednesday 👌 Solid Oregon Pinot on a peaceful, rainy Brooklyn night. #garagiste

Earthy, stewed strawberries, and cherry aromas that remind me of a youthful burgundy. At this stage a slightly more fruity pinot but with some more age, this is promising. Black cherry, mushrooms, and earth on the palate.
I'll definitely try to wait 8 to 10 years to drink my 2015s and 2016s.
