This late harvest SB has enough residual sugar to stand up to spicy food, but is not syrupy or cloyingly sweet like a dessert wine. It is full of orange and lemon flavors with a dollop of honey. Food wine to the core!

This was BEYOND sweet very much like a white wine trying hard to have that sweet red dessert wine finish. I had a hard time finishing this but perhaps with maturation it would be better.
