At The Center Of It All.ā Used 2 2/3 cups of this bottle for making my broth(chicken stock, saffron & wine) for my broth for my Paella of the Land. Just enough left over a nice refreshing glass for the Chef. Light with great measures of fruit. My rule is to use a wine in your cooking that you would drink again and again, and this wine fits the bill.
