Bone dry and high acidity. Hint of Riesling fruit which I want more of...otherwise feel like drinking Pinot Gris/Blanc. It actually says 0.0% RS on the bottle and is unnecessary!

Amazingly crisp and electric with acid and dry dry dry honey comb, pineapple and other tropical fruit notes, has kind of a dense but soft core and is all around super f'n great with pork rillette.
