Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Sean Minor founded Sean Minor Wines and Four Bears Winery in 2005. A veteran of the wine industry Sean’s fine wine career began with Beaulieu Vineyard (BV) in Napa, then managing Oregon's King Estate Winery, and lastly President of Benton-Lane Winery, after which he returned to CA to manage Renwood Winery. Aromas of sweet red berry fruits and spice. On the palate cherry and strawberry flavors with sweet earthy notes and toasty oak. Fine savory tannins on a lingering finish. Good value.

Raspberry jam. Pairs well with a toasted peanut butter sandy on whole wheat. Try it, try it now. Toast said bread in Irish butter if you know what's good for you.

Typical Sonoma Coast. A little green on the nose. Not a lot fruit on the front end. Tannic structure was a little on the tart side. But drinkable.

Very nice Pinot! We had it with bruschetta and also prime rib French dips. Smooth finish.

$20. Somewhat lighter Pinot with floral and fruity tones. Peach with a bit of smokeiness.
