10 Eighth Pinot Nior from friends and faculty of UC Davis Viticulture and Enology. Very rusty color. Smells sour and a hint like soils. Granitic soils. Flavors are mellow and silky. Has some nice zip. Cherry essence. Berry juice. Like raspberry and straw. It’s unique and elegant. Not too much in there. But it’s good enough. A fancy CA Pinot.
