Quite pale Lemon considering its age. Funky solids musty aromas. Medium bodied medium acid with grapefruit notes on palate and reasonable length. A good Chardonnay from this premium Adelaide Hills producer. From cousins Shaw and Smith - Michael Hill-Smith was Australia’s first Master of Wine. Have spread their wings to Tasmania with the premium Tolpuddle.

Mid lemon in colour - crystal clear. A funky leesy note amongst the grapefruit with a touch of honey. A powerful palate of great intensity. Flavours in the grapefruit spectrum Partial malo adds interest. Great balance between restraint and mouth filling flavours. Plenty of skilled winemaking on show here.

Delectable needs a Magnum selection option.
From a mag currently drinking like a youngster compared to its little brother.
