Spritzy lime pith, string bean, and wax - this Kerner from David Ramey’s second label is tactile, lithe, and showing rather youthful. Who knew this grape even grew in Lodi? A lovely accompaniment to the black pepper tofu I made from the Ottolenghi cookbook and Der Rosenkavalier in the background.
