Dec 25th, 2018Gentle nose of green bell pepper, mint, vanilla, and green leaf. Medium body. Well balanced acidity with herbs and spice on the palate. Fine tannins that coats the mouth like a silk scarf. Herbaceous and structured, its charming and seductive. Wish I bought more, but only 480 cases made.
