You never know what you will get with wines from lesser known places. But Georgia has been a wine making country for hundreds and even thousands of years. Saperevi is a signature grape from there and other parts of Eastern Europe. It can be rather intense but this version is super refined, smooth and tasty. Really worth seeking out.
