Wow. Delightful. Never had a Shiraz Viognier blend before. Flavour punch to the tongue. Full sophisticated nose. Very dark cherry and honey notes dominate. Essence of bees wax and Bartlett pear finish. Think this would pair well with a simple medium t bone
