Nov 24th, 2017I loved it! Yes, it is sweet which is lacking in a lot of cab's I've tasted. What's absent is Tannin which I've learned to appreciate and love. This wine's fruit is very pronounced though nothing in this wine is what I'd call aggressive. If you like a green peppery, spiced wine that's got good Tannin, meaning it's pronounced/available then you would probably not prefer this wine as it doesn't drink like a Cabernet Sauvignon. At least I don't drink it as one. It's so refreshing, sexy and sweet for a red in this category. I feel like I'm drinking a white, maybe a Sauvignon Blanc or an herbaceous one. My rating is full-on, if there were stars there would be 5.

Great cheap wine for a casual night or get together. Bold flavor. Smooth finish. Stock the cellar with plenty of this!
