This is a great surprise. Simple and nicely balanced Sauvignon Blanc from California, with racing acidity and a nice mouthfeel. Full of lemons and grapefruits, but not bitter. Yummy.
I had it almost a year ago and it developed nicely and is peaking now. Good for everyday, the beach or just for lunch with a pretty view.
I paired it with a seafood salad.
