Hmm, 5 year old Rosé. Might be cooked and/or flat, but the price is right. Looks fine in the glass. Strawberry juice color. Smells good too. Strawberry jams and créme fraiche on the nose. Flavors are still holding up. Anise streak through the sweet red apples and just a hint of smoke. No complaints. I’d do this Rosé all day.
