This wine (2009) is in it's "sweet spot." The oak has mellowed and the excess alcohol is not noticeable. It was the best of 15 Zins we tasted tonight.

Unfortunately this aged too long where it was kept. It's an 09 and here is it.. 2016. No good. Too bad become bet it would have been.
