Apr 6th, 2017My favorite gin to accompany tonic. Without a doubt more effervescent than hendrick's, but would recommend their dry gin for a gin martini. Very floral and delicious, little bit of spice.

Jul 29th, 2016I do imagine as others have noted, that this would make a fantastic negroni - however we have only tried this in a classic orange bitters Martini and found it to be a lovely, complex base. herbaceousness and dry florality without an overpowering juniper overtone. If you like a dirty martini please seek out the Terroir Gin by St. George, it is my absolute favorite!
