Deep dark cherry notes, blue and black fruit, a savory hint of molasses, with chewy depth, and wish we had some more—this was our last 2004 Seven Springs.

Feb 10th, 2019Amazingly full and delicious wine, opened yesterday. Paired well with pork cheeks! Apparently this vineyard was gobbled up by Eveningland Vineyards a few years later.
