We are starting to pull some older vintage St. Innocent wines from the cellar, and they always impress, and happily surprise us with their cellar-worthiness. Deep dark cherry notes, blue and black fruit, a savory hint of molasses, with chewy depth, and wish we had some more—this was our last 2004 Seven Springs.

Amazingly full and delicious wine, opened yesterday. Paired well with pork cheeks! Apparently this vineyard was gobbled up by Eveningland Vineyards a few years later.
