Very nicely structured. Honeydew and petrichor on the nose. Saline minerality is dominant on the palate. You have to search for the acidity in this wine. I know Mark does 100% malo on many of his whites to avoid sterile filtration and preserve texture; which is excellent in this wine. Don't think I'd cellar too long w/ this acidity level.
