Heavier and oakier than expected. Thick, oily mouthfeel. For a hot day like this, should have gone with a sauv blanc instead of a chard. Not the wines fault that I didn't pick appropriately.

A very nice Chardonnay with good fruit and balanced oak. Nothing wrong with it, but there are so many good California Chardonnays that are less expensive than this one. 2013 vintage.
