Just opened. A little tight. And a little sharp. Needs more time.

400 reviews ;-) A classic wine, old world style complex and elegant. Deep dark color, lovely nose, full of coffee, tea leaves, black current, full body, lovely acidity and a dry long finish. Tasted blind and all thought it is a Bordeaux, complex and long tasty finish. My score 89, drink to 2020.

Absolutely delicious. Tootsie roll. Chocolate. Caramel. Plum.

Really, a stellar wine. Drinking wonderfully with a bit of breathing time.

2007 Cab for 2021 Birthday Dinner

Christmas 2020; 07 held for a little. Smoke, dark cherries, tobacco, earthy tones. Velvety texture. Light tannins. Maybe because of time in bottle.

Always nice to drink a solid wine that has a little age on it.

This wine is at a peak! Wonderfully balanced.
