Medium pale yellow. Lots of citrus on the nose, especially orange zest and lemon/lime. A touch of honeysuckle too. Crisp and fresh, perfect for a summer day. Loads of citrus notes on the palate with a touch floral and apples. A little strong on the acidity (7.5/10) and light plus to medium bodied. Quite dry and long finish. Drink till 2019.

Straw with citrus and earthy herb aromas. On the palate orange and grapefruit flavors with grassy tones, crisp and fresh. Good mouthfeel medium finish ending with lively acidity.

Dec 5th, 2017Really like this, not too acidic but has a healthy wallop of oakiness and minerality, a nice hit of brioche on the nose. Used in vongole and drank with which worked out great.
