
Got a chance to taste this 33-year old wine today at work. Still very lively and aromatic with dark fruits, milk chocolate and dried herbs on the nose. Burnt orange & terra cotta color on the rim. Mellow flavors of cocoa powder and hints of truffle on the palate. Acidity is surprisingly there and tannins was a lot easier as it breathed in the glass. It can totally keep aging.
