1 hour decant. This seems pretty much to be already in the sweet spot. This is seductive, new world, with dark fruit, pepper and vanilla. Almost CA Syrah like. I think this is the first bottling, which is the best fruit from Fay vineyard.

Can a wine coddle you? Great nose of dark blackberry, flavors of vanilla cola. No spice no oak, silky texture, round tannins. Not an overpowering cab, not a long finish but a great wine! I could drink endless bottles of this.
