This nose reminds me of an aging Chassagne-Montrachet. There is slight oxidization but in a pleasant way. The nose has the flint I love from white Burgundy. The palate is peaking, ripe lemon, brioche and caramel. The acidity is still there, drink now and be very happy, another 5 years, I think still good!

May 2nd, 2016I think this vintage will age well, starting to show mild oxidation but in a pleasant way. Because of the cool vintage, this still has nice structure. Creamy lemon curd on the nose with balanced entry and nice acidity.
