For my first sip of this wine I noticed cacao. A lot of it actually. It was over-barreled. The fruit in it is too rich. It's not a bad wine but I wouldn't buy it again.

Also, it didn't pair well with beef and it will NEVEr pair well with an sort of pasta with red sauce.

It's a decent wine by itself but because of the chocolate oak monster, it will be difficult to find a good pairing.
