Burnt ends - what a fucking cool Tasmanian Chardonnay! Super mineral and fruity. Kind of too oaky at first but it mellowed and it was beautiful. The sommelier told me it was close to a Chablis premier cru because the soil is mostly@limestone.

Jan 7th, 2023I echo all the comments made, this is simply cracking. Tasmanian Chardonnay at its best, perhaps Tolpuddle has a rival- so restrained like Winx at the 600m mark in a Cox Plate!! Buy it when you see it, it won't last long
