An okay red from Ste. Chapelle. Definitely soft like in the name. I like this one better than the Soft White.

Awesome middle ground wine speaks the truth when it says slightly sweet. It does not taste like grape juice. Very complex with soft tannins. They recommend chilled and when in state it seems to be good that way. When drinking out of state it needed good decanting and was best at room temperature. Great starter red.
