We drank this wine chilled and on its own on a hot summer day. It was very yummy. It tastes like fancy juice without a strong alcohol or fermented taste. It's very sweet, so I don't agree with their label saying it's semi-sweet and a 6/10 on their sweetness scale. However, we like sweet wines so it worked for us. My brother felt like there was a slight coconut flavor, but I didn't perceive any coconut. It claims green apple, vanilla, and elderflower, so perhaps it's the vanilla he was tasting. It's very refreshing for a hot day. I imagine it would pair well with fruits and sharp cheeses, although we had it alone. I would get this again.
