I've been thinking about this one all day. Nothing better with smoked trout, avocado and grapefruit salad (a la Gjelina). So raspberry fruity, but serious as hell, powerful, perfect right now.

Stephane Coquillette. NV. Cuvée Marie Aimer. Vibrant ruby hue. Refined mouthfeel. Beautifully nuanced and complex. Elegant underlying earthy, chalky, mineral core. Surprising good. Loved it!

Whoa! Talk about being a dough-y champy! Bright and lemon like acidity with strawberry fruit. Persistent. Could not hold back from drinking it in 20 mins.
