Ripe and slightly under ripe strawberry, cherry, cranberry with a pleasant rich earthy undercurrent. Well balanced and delicious. Let it pour.

#wine is light, red fruited, spicy, rich. The cooler vintages from this site touch me a bit more.

2012.

Very restrained for this larger vintage. Light, elegant floral and red fruit notes up front. Bright acidity, soft tannins. Really opened up in the glass with some air and started offering up more baking spice and cedar box notes. Shows promise for aging potential. Burgundian in weight and extraction.
