I was disappointed with earlier tastings of this wine but this last one was more satisfying. Still, this is rather thin on the palate.

Apr 15th, 2017Popped open this bottle a year after hosting our welcome wedding weekend event at Stoller. This performed then - crowd approved! - and is even better now. Has that pop rocks front end - love this - and a long joy ride finish.

Sep 12th, 2016A quintessential Oregon Pinot Noir for 2011. Embodies the delicate nature that I love, yet the nose has all sorts of leathery/oaky/red fruit which carries into the taste. A definite fan!

Feb 22nd, 2016Well balance between fruit, wood and acidity. At 12.5 % alcohol. Aromas of ripe cherry, red currants, tobacco, licorice with earthy and smoky notes. On the palate, dark fruit, root beer, cranberry, fresh mushrooms and a touch of mineral and smoked meat. Had it with roasted pork with Romaine salad and pan seared salmon with a side green salad and pesto dressing.
