Marlborough Pinot Noir

Pretty good Pinot noir. Smooth!

Went well with chicken dinner but couldn't help yearning for Burgundy.

Dark ruby in color and light watery in viscosity; deep PN nose of red fruits, strawberries and plums and some tropical fruit almost hiding behind the light oak; on the palate the alcohol seems higher than the listed 13% possibly due to the high acidity and robust flavour, tannins are soft and finish is long.

Not a bad budget Pinot. Don't have high expectations but if you're a tight ass looking for a Pinot that's not terrible, give it a whirl.

Heavier on the tannins , a bold collection of dark cherries and plum

Mjukt, lent och bärigt från nya världen. Kanske väl lent? Men absolut prisvärt. Som vanligt: höstlöv. En del sting i eftersmaken dessutom. Dröjer sig kvar mer än vad man först väntar sig. Typiskt pinot noir. Den listiga druvan.

Easy drinking. Smooth and light.
