A bit of that bbq meat pepper thing, tart juice, light body. A little flabby, and definitely mousey I was really sold on the cute packaging/name but it was a little underwhelming. We thought it might come around on day two but it sadly did not.

May 5th, 201970/30 zin/syrah. Needs decant. More peppery and smoky than expected. Bright. Clean. Pleasant amount of tannin for a carbonic wine. I like this a lot. Even better chilled on day 2. Slays with BBQ
