Signature Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromas of plum, currant, tobacco and dark chocolate continue through to the palate. Rich! dark cherry presents itself on the tongue with a touch of oak. Good structure and tannins suggest aging another at least 7 years to enjoy.

V12. Pretty nice. Soft violet and smokey bouquet. Jammy blackberry fruit. Rich tar, tobacco and a slightly chalky finish. Enjoyable for many years.

Smooth. Dry with a bit of wetness. Watery and not too much structure.

Sweet and ripe plum on the nose. Taste is a bit too smooth with flavor of smoky wood, grassy freshness. After taste is a bit flat

A Malbec pairing with late work on a Friday--plenty of fruit with just a bit of added depth seems about right for the occasion.
