Syncline is one of my favorite roses made in the PNW. This one isn’t typical as it’s not Pinot Noir based. It’s traditional French blend GMC. Lip smacking cherry and strawberry with a lovely dry finish. Great cold on a hot day and equally as good with just a slight chill with barbecue. A lovely wine from this small winery in Lyle, WA in the Columbia Gorge. Bring on summer.
