Tamber Bey 2015 cabernet sauvignon. I am trying this wine for the first time and it is fantastic on day two after opening the bottle last night. We have that typical fields of Lavendar and wild violets on the bouquet. The palate begins with amazing dark berries and a little splash of cherry. It’s so good I’m going to the website now to order some more. Now comes vanilla, molasses, leather, and a very oaky-Earthy mid pallet. The finale really brings in the peppery and dry finish in the entire mouth. WOW! This is a beautiful Cabernet I’m going to order of the 2017 Oakville and compare.

Had this at Bistro Jeanty in Napa. Just wonderful. Full body, fruity and excellent aroma. Everything better in Napa.
