Mozia Sicilia Grillo

Unlike other Grillos, good acidity, with some oak. Really well balanced; perhaps my favorite grillo.

Distinct varietal notes of barely-ripe peach, a bit of citron peel, good acid, strong minerality without dominating; some vanilla but enough astringency to achieve excellent balance. Almost as good as a great Viognier.
