Top Notes For
Ray Vanderhoff

Bright light golden color with some subtle green highlights. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, gooseberries and wet slate. Flavors of passion fruit, grapefruit, lime, gooseberries, nectarines and a light note of fresh herbs. Hint of saline on the long and drawn out finish. Bright, but not overwhelming acidity. Light bodied, slightly tight and reductive. Fresh and clean.
