Med - concentration with straw core and a clear rim. The nose and palate were both a little blah. Med intensity and complexity with underripe citrus, white flowers, apple skin, white pepper, and hay. Peachy and floral on the nose. Reminds me more of Gewurtz or Riesling in that sense. Very high acidity and a touch or carbonation.
