Serious gun flint to go with yer grass clippings and pears. What I mean is: Smells lovely. Light golden color. Flavors are classic. Crisp as a cold frost on the morning dell. Citrus and Granny Smith. Plenty of minerality to match that cap gun smell. Excellent flavors 6 years on. A winner of a Sauvignon Blanc to go with the other Kiwis. Man, NZ must be made to make this stuff...
