Needs to be assessed on its own given the style. 16.5% has pushed the ripeness but beneath it all, there’s great class. Considered a great vintage for Trinoro but leaning slightly too raisiny for me

No one in the world would guess Italian on this if tasted blind. Unctuous and rich, brown sugar, smoke, burnt caramel, deep, black fruits along with roofing tar. I think the alcohol is a bit much for me. Finishes hot and heavy. A young, petulant woman looking to ruin your career. For giggles.
