Needed some cooking wine for my braised short ribs. I bought a case of this for about $20 per bottle. It's nice. A little green, but a solid Napa cab. Very fresh and fruity. I think it will do the job nicely

Incredible taste and very smooth. Opened for an hour before drinking. Lasted for just over an hour before it started to drop off.
