Who knew Dave Matthews "did" wine! This is his "compilation" with wine maker Steve Reeder. This Cabernet Sauvignon from North Coast has hints of vanilla and blackberry. Thanks to the Allora Vineyards family for turning us on to these glasses.

Amazing aroma, hits the mouth like a good Cabernet but falls off quickly. Wish it had a little more flavor

Felt not finished on my palette. Lacking in body--- disappointment for Dave Matthews but still a good alternate cab.

Light mixed berry overtones with a very slight hint of toasted almond/vanilla. Light toasted flavor and berry body for a Cabernet. Very hard wine to judge. Not a "True Cabernet". Nearing a Shiraz.

More tannins tans oakey than the crush, but not overwhelmingly dry.
