Reserve Yamhill County Oregon Pinot Noir

Still hanging in there, but out of three well stored bottles this one was completely sound while the other two were shot. The wine is completely mature with dried fruit, dried flowers and forest floor, though a bit of new world ripeness still shines through. It was medium bodied and delicate. I never know if old wines will deteriorate or improve after being open for an hour, but this wine kept getting prettier and more aromatic!
