Very easy to drink. Light on flavor but very smooth with no bitterness or "bite."

Got what I payed for. A little too sharp for my taste. Strong, pure light fruit notes - pears, and a hint of honey taste. Very fresh, but not too smooth. Probably would use for cooking rather than drinking.
