Pale yellow. Smells vaguely of pears. Tastes a little sour, not overly sweet.

Every now and then I do drink my own product. 2014 may be our best Viognier, and our winemaker always makes a very well balanced Viognier. Well-structured, medium weight still allows the acidity to linger. Bright and grassy nose; Bosch pear, lemons, and hints of oak. When paired with pizza, enhanced cinnamon and nutmeg notes.
