Over the hill. Not undrinkable, but not as intended. Tough to describe and better with food.

Revising up it’s getting better or I’m assimilating to it. Might need like a 3hr decant :)

I think some or many of these aged whites need a short decant (30mins). This got better with air big time. Seemed over the hill at first but then blossomed into a lovely wine with honey, lemongrass, and a touch of thyme. Well balanced between acidity and boldness. $50 might be a touch high, but enjoyed it.
